We are actively seeking a skilled intern Video Editor to become a member of our EMEA Production Team based in Amsterdam. As an intern Video Editor, you will play an important role in crafting Social Media video content for our organization. Your responsibilities will include assembling recorded footage, editing to create compelling visual stories, and ensuring the final product meets our desired standards. This role demands excellent technical skills, a deep knowledge of Social Media user journeys, a keen eye for detail, and a profound understanding of storytelling through visual media.
The EMEA production team operates across our social channels and is an integral part of the Sales Operations organization. Each team member is characterized by a passionate drive and possesses the necessary attitude to work effectively within our highly collaborative team and independently when required, all within a fast-paced work environment.
What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and edit diverse content across various camera formats and distribution platforms with a heavy focus on Social Media channels
  • Manage the post-production workflow for multiple projects from start to finish, including ingestion, media management, editing, motion graphics, color grading, and delivery
  • Collaborate closely with producers to address stakeholder feedback and engage in cross-functional collaboration with other creatives
  • Introduce original content ideas aligning with the Tesla brand and mission
  • Adhere to and optimize our post-production workflow
  • Archive, organize, and manage digital assets in the cloud and local library
What You’ll Bring
  • Pursuing a degree in Videography, Graphic Design, Film & Media, and/or Digital Film
  • Experience in video editing experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Level C1 in English (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Familiarity with other software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Frame IO (or similar project management tools) is a plus
  • Detailed knowledge of technical video information, including codecs, frame rate, resolution/compression, proxy & offline workflows.
  • Understanding of optimization and best practices for specifications on social channels like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
